Refunds
We hope that you will love your purchase, but if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, we will be happy to give an exchange or refund under the following simple conditions.

1) We ask that you return the purchase, in a complete and saleable condition, within 28 days of delivery stating the reason for returning it.

2) We regret that returned items which are incomplete, damaged or otherwise not suitable for resale do not qualify for refund, part refund or replacement.

3) A full refund will be given less any postage costs paid on the original delivery.

4) We strongly recommend that you return your gift via a guaranteed delivery service, as we will only be liable for any returns where it is proven that we have received the items.

5) If your goods are found to be faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can arrange for replacement of the goods or a full refund if required.

6) Please note that we will only be able to issue a refund to the card that was used to make the orginal purchase.

7) Your statutory rights are not affected.

Caring for your Present
We find that our little bears sometimes misplace some of their puzzle parts ... so do take care to encourage your bears to count all the 26 parts to their alphabet jigsaw when popping them in their ‘Little Bears’ cotton bag. Because all our products are handmade, we are unable to replace letters or numbers on an individual basis.

Out of Stock
We hope to ensure that all products are available however on the rare occasion that this may not be the case we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of the delay or to see if we can provide you with an alternative.

Complaints
Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us.

Complaints will be dealt with speedily, fairly and effectively and all information exchanged will be confidential. We guarantee to respond to all complaints within one working day and to notify you as to the likely timescale and progress of the solution.

Our Little Bears will never disclose any of your personal details to any third party, unless legally obliged to by UK Government authorities.

By agreeing to order products on this site the buyer agrees to buy at the price and in the way described on the site. If for any reason the product/service cannot be provided within 30 days, any payment will be fully refunded.

The prices quoted are based on current cost of production and are subject to amendment before delivery if costs increase. If the prices differ from those on the site, we shall inform you of the change. All prices are in £ Sterling and are inclusive of VAT, unless stated otherwise.

Items can only be ordered through our website – www.ourlittlebears.co.uk and payment can only be made using the cards specified on our home page.

Card payments will be debited and cleared by Lloyds TSB secure online payment services. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number - the address and phone number your credit card company has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.

Once your on-line order is complete, you will receive an electronic confirmation via e-mail. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the authorisation is refused, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We will however endeavour to inform customers ASAP so that they may resolve the problem.
