Payment
Payment may be made online. All major credit and debit cards are accepted for payment. Lloyds TSB host our Sagepay & Cardnet system for processing payment. If you prefer to order over the telephone or pay by cheque, ring us on 07909 872732 Monday to Friday 9:30-5:00. Please note that orders will not be dispatched until payment has cleared.

Delivery
We aim to dispatch within 24 hours of receiving your order using Royal Mail’s First Class delivery or by national courier. Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery due to postal conditions.

We currently ship within the UK & worldwide. Our delivery charges are fair and simple.

Gift Wrap Service - standard on all orders!
We are proud to offer you free gift wrapping on all ‘Our Little Bears’ gifts. Why free? Because, we take pride in designing and creating the gifts and similarly wish to take pride in presenting them to our customers. All our products will arrive beautifully presented in gift wrap -  Nothing less will do!

Individual items are wrapped to protect the product and the environment, gift wrapped in kraft paper and delightfully finished with a satin ribbon.
